• Website Use: Please use our website in a fair and honest manner. Fraudulent activities are not tolerated.
• Account Registration: Use valid information and email when registering. Spam or fake account creation is prohibited.
• Product Descriptions: We provide general descriptions for our range of plants. Each plant listing (e.g., Alocasia Silver Dragon) includes options with specific pictures.
• Ordering and Cancellation: Orders can be placed anytime. Orders can be cancelled before shipment (Usually shipped Mondays / Tuesdays). No refunds or returns for shipped plants unless damaged -- Check out returns & refund policy for more information.
