Refund Policy for Synthesis Plant Studio

Our Commitment At Synthesis Plant Studio, we pride ourselves on the quality and condition of our plants. We are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • Dead on Arrival or Severe Damage: If a plant arrives dead or is severely damaged, you have the option to request either a full refund or a replacement, subject to stock availability. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage as soon as you receive your order.
  • 30-Day Plant Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on our plants. Should your plant fail within this period, despite proper care as per our guidelines, you can choose to receive either a refund or a replacement, depending on our current stock.

Handling Issues with Your Plant

  • In the event of a problem, please reach out to us at synthesiscommerce@gmail.com or via your account order page. We strive to resolve issues swiftly and to your satisfaction.
  • Return of Damaged Plants: Generally, there is no need to return damaged plants. However, if we require the plant to be returned for a specific reason, we will provide you with all the necessary details and assistance.

Non-returnable Items

Our policy does not cover returns for change of mind. We also do not accept returns for plants that are not dead on arrival or severely damaged, sale items, and gift cards.

Refund and Replacement Processing

Upon assessing your claim, we will promptly inform you about the approval of your refund or replacement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Contact us if there are any delays beyond 15 business days.
