Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your plants swiftly and safely across New Zealand.

• Shipping Method: We use overnight shipping with NZPost for both North and South Islands.
• Shipping Cost: Based on box size and destination (within island, out of North Island, rural areas).
• Delivery Times: Typically overnight, but allow 1-2 days from pickup to delivery.
  
• Order Fulfilment: To keep our plants happy and healthy, we organise orders on Saturdays & Sundays, fully pack on Sundays & Mondays, for shipment on Mondays & Tuesdays. This greatly reduces the risk of plants getting stuck in the courier system over the weekends, and reduces the time where the plants are in a dark box. 
• Tracking: All orders are trackable. Shipping updates will be sent via email. Integration with the SHOP app for convenient tracking will happen automatically if you have an account.
